2022
IN REVIEW
We want to thank our volunteers and sponsors for your generosity. It was a tough year for many people and businesses. Many nonprofits like ours were tapped to the max. However, with God’s help and sponsors like you, we were able to maintain most of our regular outreaches. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
We were unable to help everyone who contacted us but here are reasons we still celebrate success
1.
We assisted several individuals and families with emergency funds
3.
In August we gave away 700 string bags full of school supplies
5.
For our Christmas Cheer event, we, along with several area businesses adopted 20 families and were blessed to fulfill the items on their wish lists (Special thanks to our sponsors also!)
2.
We purchased hygiene kits for teens and distributed them to several area schools for their students
4.
For Thanksgiving we collaborated with Communities in Schools, Victim Services and the La Porte Office Of Emergency Management to identify families in need. Thanksgiving baskets of food (each filled with enough food to feed a family of 4) were given to over 100 families for their Thanksgiving dinner.
